JSA advises PepsiCo on exclusive bottling arrangement with Varun Beverages

PepsiCo India Holdings executed a revised Exclusive Bottling Appointment and Trademark Licence Agreement with Varun Beverages. JSA advised PepsiCo. The bottling rights and licence to use PepsiCo's trademarks for a substantial part of India were extended by 10 years to 30 April 2049, and the restriction requiring Varun to operate solely for PepsiCo's business was removed. Varun Beverages is PepsiCo's anchor bottler in India.
