Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, ALMT Legal, JSA act on Tonbo Imaging ₹852 crore IPO
Tonbo Imaging India Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares comprising an offer for sale by certain existing shareholders of the company, aggregating to approximately ₹852.092 crore. Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Tonbo Imaging on this IPO. The transaction team consisted of Nikhil Naredi (Partner), Krupa Brahmbhatt (Partner), Harsh Loonker (Principal Associate), Veronica Miranda (Senior Associate), Anoushka PV (Senior Associate), Richa Singh (Associate) and Thejaswi Melarkode (Associate).
