Sources monitored
Indian corporate-law trade press, and the BSE and NSE corporate-announcement feeds. Regulator sources: SEBI, RBI, CCI, IBBI, MCA, NCLT.
Known gaps
These are real and we would rather state them than have you discover them:
- Firms that do not publicise mandates are systematically undercounted. Any ranking here measures our coverage, not market share.
- Private transactions with no filing obligation and no press coverage do not appear.
- Counsel attribution reflects what the source states. Where only one side is named, only that side is recorded.
- Exchange filings are ingested above a materiality threshold; routine periodic disclosures may be omitted by design.
