CorpLawTracker is a deal-and-regulatory intelligence service for India's corporate legal market. It tracks corporate transactions and regulatory developments, records which law firms advised whom, and links every item to the primary filing that evidences it.

How it is built
An automated pipeline ingests Indian corporate-law trade press and regulator feeds nightly, deduplicates against everything already tracked, structures each item (parties, value, counsel, stage), and links it to the statutes engaged. Items are then classified against the verification standard set out in the methodology.
What it is not
It is a research and current-awareness tool. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for reading the primary filing and the current text of the law.
