Tenty Limited has filed a draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering of equity shares on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE). Fox & Mandal is advising Tenty on this IPO. The Firm advised the Company on legal due diligence and drafting of the Offer Document.
