Biomapas Group, a portfolio company of Carbyne Equity Partners, has acquired Pinnaxis IT Solutions and Consulting Private Limited, a pharmacovigilance technology and consulting company. JSA Advocates and Solicitors advised the Biomapas Group on this acquisition.
