Eswari Global Metal Industries Limited has proposed an initial public offering of equity shares comprising of a fresh issue aggregating upto ₹500 crore and offer for sale of 13,209,451 Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholders. Trilegal is advising EMI Metals, and C Bharanikumar, Pradeep Chandrasekaran, Prasath Chandrasekaran, Sabarinathan Anbalagan, Hari Sudhan A, Nithin Arumugamas, P Anbalagan, P Arumugam and Palaniappan Ramalingam (collectively, the "Selling Shareholders"), on this IPO.
