InsuranceDekho has merged with RenewBuy to create India’s largest AI-enabled insurance distribution platform by POSP-driven premium, FY2026. DSK Legal advised and assisted InsuranceDekho on this merger. The Firm advised on the key corporate, structuring, regulatory and transaction documentation aspects of the transaction. The transaction team consisted of Rangam Sharma (Associate Partner), Aditya Shah (Associate) and Anushka Kashyap (Associate).
