Danish SDG Investment Fund II K/S (SDG II), managed by Impact Fund Denmark (IFU) has made an equity investment amounting to $35 million in GreenCell Mobility Private Limited. TT&A advised Danish SDG Investment Fund on this transaction. The transaction team consisted of Dushyant Bagga (Partner), Akshay Malhotra (Partner), Akshita Alok (Counsel), Aditi Somani (Managing Associate), Aishik Majumder (Senior Associate) and Megha Rana (Associate).
