PTC Industries Limited has raised ₹1,800 crore from a qualified institutions placement of equity shares. Crawford Bayley & Co advised PTC Industries on this QIP, as per the placement document. Trilegal advised the lead managers ICICI Securities Limited and Goldman Sachs (India) Securities Private Limited on this QIP. Hogan Lovells Cadwalader acted as international counsel to the lead managers.
