JSA acts on PwC India - PwC US joint venture
PwC India has formed a joint venture with PwC US, wherein PwC India will hold 49.9% and PwC US will hold 51.1%. JSA Advocates and Solicitors advised PwC India on this JV. The transaction was led by Lalit Kumar (Partner), along with Bharati Joshi (Partner), Zarish Ali (Principal Associate), Associates Muskaan Gupta and Rahul Kapoor. The competition law team was led by Vaibhav Choukse (Partner), along with Ela Bali (Partner), Ishaan Chakrabarti (Senior Associate), Associates Aarathi R Menon, Yaatri Shah and Priyanshi Jain.
