Entab Infotech Private Limited has been acquired by Nelnet Business Services (NBS), a division of Nelnet, Inc. Khaitan & Co advised Entab and its promoters on this acquisition. The Firm was involved in: acting as legal counsel to the Client for the transaction including negotiating, drafting and reviewing the definitive agreements with the acquirer; regulatory advice and support; execution of the transaction documents and closing assistance; and reviewing and finalising the employment agreement and the consultancy agreement. The transaction team consisted of Anand Mehta (Partner), Ravali Rayaprolu (Principal Associate), Akhil Wilson Thomas (Senior Associate) and Yash Dawda (Associate).
