JSA, Argus Partners act on myTVS ₹425 crore Series D fundraise

TVS Automobile Solutions Private Limited, owner of omnichannel brand myTVS, has raised ₹425 crore from a Series D fundraise led by CE-Invests. JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised myTVS on this fundraise. The transaction was led by Rishabh Gupta (Partner), with support from Akshath Mithal (Principal Associate), Associates Jyotiranjan Mallick, Saurabh Chatterji and Debmalya Biswas. Vaibhav Choukse (Partner), Ela Bali (Partner), Faiz Siddiqui (Senior Associate) and Aarathi R Menon (Associate) advised on competition law aspects.
