Khaitan, Latham, SAM, Linklaters act on Persistent Systems ₹4,264 crore QIP

Persistent Systems Limited has raised ₹4,264.61 crore from its maiden Qualified Institutional Placement of equity shares. Khaitan & Co advised Persistent Systems on this QIP, as to Indian law. The transaction team consisted of Sudhir Bassi (Executive Director), Gautham Srinivas (Partner), Sathvik Ponnappa (Partner), Vaishnavi Gupta (Senior Associate), Associates Dharini Shanker, Vidushi Tanya, Nalin Agnihotri and Pranav Bajpai. Sudhir Bassi, Gautham Srinivas, Sathvik Ponnappa Latham & Watkins served as the international legal counsel for Persistent Systems on this QIP.
