The transaction was led by Sidharth Dhody (Partner), along with Abhishek Singh (Senior Associate). Bombay Shaving Company Founded in 2015, Bombay Shaving Company offers a wide range of grooming, shaving, skincare and personal care products, combining contemporary product formulations with accessible pricing and a strong digital-first distribution model.
