Cocreate Global Technologies Private Limited, dba Scimplify, has raised $25 million from a Series C fundraise led by Hitachi Ventures, with participation from Accel, Bertelsmann Investments, 3one4 Capital, Omnivore, and other strategic investors, including Henkel and Teknor Apex. Argus Partners advised Scimplify on this fundraise. The transaction team consisted of Ankit Guha (Partner), Vallishree Chandra (Partner), Associates Srishti Sneha and Amruth Rao. Scimplify Scimplify is a Bengaluru-based speciality chemicals and advanced materials company.
