Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Khaitan & Co act on Bonfiglioli ₹2,533 crore IPO
Bonfiglioli Transmissions Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares comprised of an offer for sale by Bonfiglioli S.p.A., the company’s promoter, aggregating to ₹2,533.66 crore. Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) advised Bonfiglioli Transmissions and its promoter, Bonfiglioli S.p.A., on this IPO.
