JSA advises UBI, HDFC Bank on sanctioning ₹3,495 crore to Indus Infra Trust
Indus Infra Trust has availed financing of up to ₹3,495 crore, of which ₹2,374 crore is from Union Bank of India and ₹1,148 crore is from HDFC Bank Limited. JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised both UBI and HDFC Bank on these financing transactions. The transactions were led by Karan Mitroo (Partner), with support from Pragya Verma (Senior Associate), Associates Harsh Dugar, Jhalak Gupta, and Swadha Chandra. The Firm had advised HDFC Bank on financing Indus Infra Trust last month as well.
