Packaged Food & Beverages brand MOI SOI, owned and operated by Ceres Foods Private Limited, has secured investments from GVFL Emerging Enterprise Venture Trust and Wipro Consumer Care Ventures in its first institutional fundraise. DSK Legal advised Ceres Foods and founder Deb Mukherjee on this fundraise. Aparajit Bhattacharya (Partner) acted as the relationship Partner and the lead engagement Partner.
