Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, JSA, AZB act as Adani Airports set to raise ₹9,825 crore

Adani Airport Holdings Limited has executed binding agreements to raise ₹9,825 crore (~$1 billion) from Alpha Wave Global, Premji Invest, Temasek and BlackRock managed funds. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Adani Airports on this transaction. The Firm's scope of work included structuring the transaction; drafting, negotiating and finalising the binding agreements; and undertaking due diligence on the target. The transaction deal team was led by Subhalakshmi Naskar (Partner, Co-Head - Projects (Infrastructure)) and Anand Deshpande (Partner), with support from Yashasvi Raj (Associate).
