Anlon Healthcare Limited has acquired Remember India Health Links Private Limited. Vidhigya Associates, Advocates acted as legal counsel to Anlon Healthcare and its Promoters on this acquisition. The Firm advised on the legal due diligence, transaction structuring, and the drafting, negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents. The transaction was led by Hitesh Agrawal (Partner), with support from Dev Bhanushali (Associate).
