Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited (JPL) has acquired the ‘wellness portfolio’ division of Group Pharmaceuticals Limited on a slump sale basis. ThinkLaw advised and assisted JPL in conducting a legal due diligence on the target business, and on the drafting and negotiation of the business transfer agreement and other transaction documents. The Firm provided end-to-end legal counsel to JPL and also assisted in the closing actions pertaining to the transaction.
