Marico Limited has acquired an additional 24.09% stake in Satiya Nutraceuticals Private Limited, dba PLIX, for ₹1,012 crore, bringing Marico’s total holding in the startup to 84.09%. VERTICES PARTNERS advised PLIX and its Promoters Mr. Rishubh Satiya and Mr. Akash Hiren on this transaction.
