Veriqus Financial Services Private Limited has raised ₹387 crore from a fundraise led by Norwest, alongside participation from leading family offices. Universal Legal advised Veriqus and its promoters, Ashish Gumashta and Roshi Jain, on this fundraise. The Firm provided end-to-end legal support on the transaction, including structuring, drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation, and assistance through to closing. The transaction was led by Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner), with Neelkamal Chaudhary (Associate Partner) and Henna Kapadia (Associate Partner).
