Triumvir Law, Khaitan & Co act on Nuyug pre-seed fundraise

Nuyug Retail Private Limited has raised funds from a pre-seed fundraise led by AJVC Fund with participation from angel investors. Triumvir Law advised Nuyug and its founders Ankur Dua and Manali Thareja on this fundraise. The Firm advised on the structuring of the round, the review and negotiation of the share subscription agreement, shareholders’ agreement and employment agreements, execution and closing, and related secretarial compliances. The transaction team consisted of Anubhab Sarkar (Managing Partner), Ragini Chakraborty (Senior Associate) and Arjun Krishnan (Associate).
