Touchstone Partners advises Toothsi on multi-investor fundraise

MakeO Healthcare Technologies Private Limited, dba Toothsi has raised capital from a fundraise led by Singularity AMC, with participation from DSP Family Office, Genesis Ventures and several individual angel investors. Touchstone Partners advised Toothsi on this fundraise. The Firm also advised Genesis Ventures on their investment in Toothsi. The transaction team consisted of Pranay Bagdi (Partner), Pranjal Doshi (Counsel) and Neelima Hande (Associate).
