S&R Associates, Trilegal act on Gaja Capital ₹550 crore IPO
Gaja Alternative Asset Management Limited (“Gaja Capital”) has raised ₹550 crore from an initial public offering of equity shares, comprised of a fresh issue and an offer for sale by certain shareholders of the company. S&R Associates advised Gaja Capital on this IPO. Trilegal advised the book running lead managers, JM Financial Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited, on the IPO. The transaction was led by Richa Choudhary (Partner) and Murtaza Zoomkawala (Partner), with support from Rainika Malhotra (Senior Associate), and Associates Yatin Shikarpuri and Rajat Chauksey.
