Alpine Texworld Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹126 crore. Rajani Associates advised Alpine Texworld as well as the book running lead manager D and A Financial Services Private Limited, on this IPO. The Firm's role included conducting legal and secretarial diligence; drafting, reviewing and finalizing all chapters of the DRHP, RHP and Prospectus; Preparing and finalizing responses to queries raised by the SEBI, NSE and BSE; assisting ATL and BRLM in the Issue; preparing and finalising all agreements; and preparing and finalising all ancillary documents.
