Legacy Law Offices acts on Qualiance International IPO
Qualiance International Limited has raised ₹45.11 crore from an initial public offering of equity shares comprising a fresh issue of 35,52,000 shares. Legacy Law Offices advised Qualiance International as well as the book-running lead manager Hem Securities Private Limited on this IPO. The transaction was led by Naman Anand (Counsel), with support from Associates Meghna Shukla and Samiksha Gawali. Surbhi Narang (Partner) provided strategic inputs.
