Bain Capital is set to acquire Vitabiotics Limited, including its UK operations and the wider VB Group, including Meyer Organics in India, and its operations in Africa which includes VB Egypt, for $1 billion. Khaitan & Co advised Bain Capital on the India leg of the global transaction. Kirkland & Ellis served as the lead legal counsel for Bain Capital on the overall transaction.
