Khaitan & Co, TT&A, Mayer Brown, Linklaters act on Capri Loans $300 million bond issuance

Capri Global Capital Limited, dba Capri Loans, has made an issuance of its maiden $300 million 7.55% fixed rate senior secured notes due 2029 under its $1 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme which will be listed on India INX and NSE IX in the GIFT City. Khaitan & Co advised Capri Loans on this bond issuance. The transaction team consisted of Manisha Shroff (Partner), Mohit Nad (Counsel), Aparna Arya (Senior Associate) and Nandini Arya (Associate) with assistance from Sneh Shah (Partner) and Pal Jain (Associate) on direct tax aspects. Manisha Shroff Mayer Brown acted as the International Counsel for Capri Loans.
