London-based Digital healthcare company Menwell Limited, dba Voy, has made a 100% acquisition of Earlyfit Health Private Limited by way of a secondary purchase of shares. Khaitan & Co advised Voy on this acquisition. The Firm advised on the structuring related aspects of the transaction from Indian foreign exchange laws perspective; assisted in the negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents; conducted a legal due diligence on Earlyfit Health; and advised on raising of funds by Earlyfit Health from Voy post-closing by way of external commercial borrowings.
