DOMS Industries Limited, founded in 2006 and headquartered in Valsad, Gujarat, acquired the Reynolds brand (a heritage writing instrument brand) and specified assets, employees, contracts and liabilities from Reynolds Pens India and five other Newell Brands Inc. subsidiaries.
