RR Kabel Limited has acquired the business of manufacture and sale of Optical Fibre and related cables from the U M Cables Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Usha Martin Limited, by way of a slump sale. Khaitan & Co advised RR Kabel on this acquisition. The transaction was led by Bhavik Narsana (Partner), Kinshuk Jhunjhunwala (Partner), Ipshita Dey (Senior Associate) and Kamayani Mittal (Associate).
