Khaitan & Co acts on Kilburn Engineering - Eastend Technologies JV

Kilburn Engineering Limited has entered into a joint venture arrangement with East End Technologies Private Limited, wherein Kilburn and Eastend shall be holding 60:40 stake in the joint venture company, respectively. Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel to Kilburn and advised and assisted them on structuring of the transaction, incorporating the joint venture and drafting, negotiation, finalisation and execution of definitive agreements relating to the transaction.
