Khaitan & Co acts on Adventz Group's joint venture with Nobilia
Adventz Developers LLP has formed a 50:50 joint venture with Nobilia International GmbH, a German company within the Nobilia group, which is primarily engaged in the business of kitchen and other furniture manufacturing. Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel to Adventz Developers LLP and Nobilia India and advised and assisted them on structuring of the transaction, drafting, negotiation, finalisation and execution of the joint venture agreement and other ancillary agreements including trademark license agreements, marketing agreement, and supply agreement.
