InterGlobe Enterprises Private Limited and AAPC India Hotel Management Private Limited (Accor) have secured the unconditional approval of the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for the merger of AAPC India Hotel Management, Caddie Hotels, Triguna Hospitality Ventures, and certain other group entities with and into InterGlobe Hotels. JSA Advocates & Solicitors secured the CCI approval for this merger.
