Serentica Renewables India 1 Private Limited has availed rupee term loan facilities not exceeding $345.1 million from Asian Development Bank, Export-Import Bank of India, New Development Bank, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Serentica Renewables on this financing transaction. The transaction was led by Karan Mitroo (Partner), along with Purvi Dabbiru (Partner), and Aishwarya Dixit (Principal Associate). Karan Mitroo, Purvi Dabbiru Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advised Asian Development Banak, India-EXIM, New Development Bank and SMBC on this financing transaction.
