Snitch Apparels Private Limited, through a subsidiary, has acquired Berrylush Designs Private Limited. JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Snitch Apparels on this acquisition. The transaction team consisted of Rishabh Gupta (Lead Partner), Akshath Mithal (Principal Associate), Associates Jyotiranjan Mallick, Saurabh Chatterji and Tanmayee Shriprasad Apte. JSA has been advising Snitch on various matters, including its Series A and Series B fundraises.
