JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised lead investor IvyCap Ventures Fund III on this fundraise. The transaction was led by Anurag Shrivastav (Partner), with strategic inputs from Siddharth Mody (Partner), and support from Niharika Rao (Principal Associate), Associates Ayush Chaturvedi and Prakhar Jain. Anurag Shrivastav SwitchOn develops AI-powered machine vision systems that automate quality inspection on manufacturing line.
