Aragen Life Sciences Limited has proposed an initial public offering of equity shares, comprising a fresh issue aggregating to ₹800 crore and an offer for sale of up to 27,329,192 equity shares by the selling shareholders. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is advising Aragen Life Sciences on this IPO. The transaction team is being led by Yash J. Ashar (Senior Partner) and Tanvi Kini (Partner), with support from Surya Rajkumar (Senior Associate), Associates Tejaswi Sade, Mohammed Khadri, Maria Palamattom and Akshita Dhawan.
