Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Trilegal, AZB act on KKR's €1.2 billion acquisition of Medicover India

KKR has acquired the entire stake held by Medicover in Sahrudaya Health Care Private Limited, the parent corporate entity behind Medicover Hospitals in India, for an equity consideration of approximately €1.2 billion. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas represented Medicover on this transaction. The transaction was led by Reeba Chacko (Senior Partner) and Kota Chandan (Partner), with support from Yash Chadha (Associate). Lakshmi Prakash (Partner) advised on the third-party financing repayment structuring and ECB assignment.
