Daxko LLC and affiliate Daxko India Technology Solutions Private Limited have made a 100% acquisition of Grip Technologies Private Limited (FitnessForce). CMS INDUSLAW advised Daxko LLC and Daxko India on this acquisition. The transaction team was led by Rashi Bharadwaj (Partner), Shivani Singh (Principal Associate), Chandresh Goyal (Senior Associate) and Mahak Agarwal (Associate). They were supported by the following: Corporate Secretarial team: Ruhi Jain (Executive Director), Praveen Hegde (Manager), Adarsh Joshi (Assistant Manager) and Fhareen Abdul Aziz Khan (Executive).
