Khimani & Associates advised BTG and its founders Aaliya Amrin, Eman Batliwalla, and Danisha Kohli on this transaction. The transaction was led by Priyanka Khimani (Founder and Managing Partner), Mohak Kapoor (Senior Associate) and Saniya Gandotra (Associate).
