ACME Solar raises ₹2,800 cr via QIP; SAM, CAM and Hogan Lovells act
ACME Solar Holdings raised ₹2,800 crore through a QIP - its first equity raise since its 2024 listing - allotting ~10.02 crore shares at ₹279.50 on 4 June 2026. The book drew a marquee mix including SBI MF, Nippon MF, HDFC MF, ICICI Prudential, BlackRock, Amundi, Goldman Sachs, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Pictet; proceeds go towards deleveraging. Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised the issuer; Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised the placement agents (ICICI Securities and IIFL Capital Services); Hogan Lovells acted as international counsel to the agents. ACME Solar is among the top 10 renewable-energy IPPs in India by total capacity.
