CMS INDUSLAW advised Erulearning Solutions Private Limited on the establishment of three campuses in India for the University of York, the University of Liverpool and the University of Bristol through separate joint venture arrangements. The Firm also advised on the lease arrangements for the campus properties in connection with the establishment of the campuses.
