Trilegal advises Paisalo on ₹300 crore NCD issuance
Paisalo Digital Limited has made a public issuance of non-convertible debentures aggregating to ₹300 crore, under a shelf limit of ₹900 crore. Trilegal advised Paisalo as well as the lead manager, Tipsons Consultancy Services Limited, on this NCD issuance.
