Trilegal advises Caelux Corporation on supplying energy-producing solar glass to Rayzon Solar, Navitas Solar

US-based Caelux Corporation has entered into separate framework agreements with Navitas Solar and Rayzon Solar for the supply of energy producing solar glass to manufacture hybrid tandem photovoltaic (PV) modules in India. The transaction involved negotiation and execution of two five-year master supply agreements for the manufacturing of a combined 10 GW of PV modules with 28% efficiency in India. Under this arrangement, Caelux will provide its proprietary energy producing solar glass for integration into modules manufactured by Navitas Solar and Rayzon Solar, creating ultra-high efficiency PV modules.
