LCC Projects Limited has raised ₹427.141 crore from an initial public offering of equity shares. Trilegal advised LCC Projects and its promoter selling shareholders on this IPO. The transaction was led by Richa Choudhary (Partner), with support from Avanti Kale (Counsel), Aayush Khandelwal (Senior Associate), Associates Dinank Bhanot, Naman Shah and Adya Singh. Richa Choudhary LCC Projects is a multidisciplinary engineering, procurement and construction company engaged in the irrigation and water supply projects segment from Gujarat.
