Energeia Microgrid has entered into a partnership with August Energy, a Singapore-headquartered EaaS infrastructure platform, to create a $100 million energy-efficiency infrastructure platform. Trilegal advised Energeia Microgrid on this partnership. The Corporate team was led by Vishal Sagar (Partner), with support from Averal Sibal (Senior Associate). The Projects team was led by Megha Kaladharan (Partner) and Niharika Puri (Partner), with support from Adi Kidambi (Associate) Vishal Sagar The partnership platform will focus on helping commercial and industrial customers in India decarbonise without making upfront capital investments.
